Description

  • Provide friendly, timely, and accurate support to customers via email, phone, screen shares, and support tickets.
  • Educate and guide customers through troubleshooting, best practices, and educational resources.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve documentation, create helpful resources, and share recordings with customers.
  • Identify, document, and escalate software issues to specialized support and technical teams.
  • Work across departments to improve the overall customer experience.
  • Adapt to a fast-paced environment and handle multiple responsibilities as needed.

Requirements

  • Must reside in Mexico; applications from outside Mexico will not be reviewed.
  • Experience working remotely and collaborating across teams.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, especially via email.
  • Ability to prioritize, multitask, and stay organized.
  • Self-starter mindset with a continuous learning approach.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and comfort figuring things out independently.
  • Tech-savvy, curious, and eager to make an impact.
  • Experience in SaaS or customer-facing roles is preferred.
  • Comfort working in a dynamic, fast-moving environment is a plus.
