Description

  • Own the lead-to-opportunity data model, metric definitions, source-of-truth logic, transformations, dashboards, and reporting infrastructure.
  • Analyze funnel conversion, velocity, acceptance, aging, leakage, pipeline value, and target-account penetration to recommend actions.
  • Build and govern AI workflows for research, enrichment, prioritization, personalization, qualification, routing QA, and SDR preparation.
  • Design prompts, structured outputs, evaluation criteria, exception handling, human oversight, monitoring, and responsible-use controls.
  • Own lead capture, enrichment, deduplication, scoring, grading, routing, acceptance, recycling, and disqualification processes.
  • Translate GTM policies into Salesforce fields, validation rules, ownership logic, queues, automations, and service-level agreements.
  • Operationalize ICP, segmentation, territory, and target-account strategies into coverage plans and activation workflows.
  • Administer and optimize Salesforce, Salesloft, Lusha, Clay, Nooks, Qualified, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Partner with SDR, Marketing, Sales, and GTM Systems teams on performance goals, process design, enablement, and adoption.
  • Lead requirements gathering, testing, release management, documentation, governance, and cross-functional alignment.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in GTM Operations, Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Marketing Operations, GTM Engineering, Revenue Systems, or a similar technical GTM role in B2B technology or SaaS.
  • Advanced experience designing data models, metric definitions, dashboard architecture, and scalable reporting infrastructure.
  • Strong Salesforce proficiency in data modeling, process design, automation, reporting, dashboards, permissions, and data-quality governance.
  • Experience building and operationalizing AI-enabled workflows with low-code tools, integrations, APIs, or agent-based platforms.
  • Knowledge of prompt design, structured outputs, testing, evaluation, monitoring, exception handling, and human oversight.
  • Hands-on experience administering or optimizing Salesloft, Outreach, or a similar sales engagement platform.
  • Experience designing lead lifecycle, scoring, routing, qualification, SDR, and early-stage pipeline processes.
  • Strong quantitative analysis, commercial judgment, communication, and cross-functional influencing skills.
  • Experience with requirements gathering, process mapping, solution design, testing, documentation, and change management.
  • Preferred: experience with Lusha, Clay, Nooks, Qualified, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, SQL, BI tools, data transformation, reverse ETL, warehouse reporting, GTM applications, or enterprise account-based motions.
