Description

  • Lead strategic outbound outreach and manage qualified inbound enterprise opportunities.
  • Guide prospects through proof-of-concept evaluations and support conversion into long-term contracts.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to move leads through the full deal cycle.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for external stakeholders throughout the sales process.
  • Coordinate deal management and stakeholder alignment with customer engineering, product, commercial, legal, and implementation teams.
  • Negotiate customer agreements end to end with support from legal and implementation specialists.
  • Build and maintain relationships with C-level executives, heads of innovation, and AI decision-makers.
  • Understand customer challenges and position Mistral’s solution within their strategic initiatives.
  • Work closely with technical teams to address customer questions and concerns during pre-sales, deployment, and post-deployment.
  • Share customer insights internally to inform product roadmap and priorities.

Requirements

  • 7-10 years of experience in enterprise sales or consultative selling, ideally for a highly complex technical product.
  • Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Significant work experience in the AI ecosystem or a related data/infrastructure field.
  • Experience at a successful fast-growing startup, ideally in deep tech.
  • Strong technical skills to navigate rapidly evolving products and lead technical discussions.
  • Excellent English proficiency; Dutch is required or strongly preferred, and additional languages such as German or Spanish are welcome.
  • Outstanding negotiation and communication skills.
