Description

  • Own the solution roadmap for a portfolio of MOST enterprise accounts and tie the 240-hour engagement plan to business outcomes.
  • Run structured discovery to understand the customer’s operating model and translate ambiguous goals into sequenced plans.
  • Architect end-to-end Miro implementations, including workspace governance, access models, naming conventions, and lifecycle management.
  • Lead AI workflow advisory by diagnosing collaboration inefficiencies and designing intelligent, automated solutions using Miro AI and adjacent integrations.
  • Facilitate executive and cross-functional workshops, including Agile planning, design thinking, strategy, and innovation sessions.
  • Drive adoption through stakeholder alignment, communication planning, phased rollouts, and hands-on coaching on Miro best practices.
  • Track progress against outcomes across the subscription lifecycle, identify risks early, and adjust plans as priorities change.
  • Contribute reusable delivery assets such as templates, frameworks, and playbooks to improve consistency and time-to-value across PS engagements.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in consulting, change management, Agile transformation, or professional services supporting enterprise organizations.
  • Experience leading structured discovery with VP-level and above stakeholders and turning ambiguous findings into a prioritized plan.
  • Working knowledge of collaboration governance, including workspace architecture, access models, naming conventions, and lifecycle management at enterprise scale.
  • Fluency in Miro or a comparable collaboration platform such as Figma, Lucid, Confluence, or JIRA.
  • Hands-on experience designing AI-powered workflow optimization, including automation, prompt-based workflows, or AI-assisted tooling in an enterprise environment.
  • Ability to simplify complex governance and architecture topics for non-technical audiences.
  • Comfort working across IT, Product, Design, Strategy, and PMO teams simultaneously, often with conflicting priorities.
