Description

Own the solution roadmap for a portfolio of MOST enterprise accounts and tie the 240-hour engagement plan to business outcomes.
Run structured discovery to understand the customer’s operating model and translate ambiguous goals into sequenced plans.
Architect end-to-end Miro implementations, including workspace governance, access models, naming conventions, and lifecycle management.
Lead AI workflow advisory by diagnosing collaboration inefficiencies and designing intelligent, automated solutions using Miro AI and adjacent integrations.
Facilitate executive and cross-functional workshops, including Agile planning, design thinking, strategy, and innovation sessions.
Drive adoption through stakeholder alignment, communication planning, phased rollouts, and hands-on coaching on Miro best practices.
Track progress against outcomes across the subscription lifecycle, identify risks early, and adjust plans as priorities change.
Contribute reusable delivery assets such as templates, frameworks, and playbooks to improve consistency and time-to-value across PS engagements.

Requirements

6+ years of experience in consulting, change management, Agile transformation, or professional services supporting enterprise organizations.
Experience leading structured discovery with VP-level and above stakeholders and turning ambiguous findings into a prioritized plan.
Working knowledge of collaboration governance, including workspace architecture, access models, naming conventions, and lifecycle management at enterprise scale.
Fluency in Miro or a comparable collaboration platform such as Figma, Lucid, Confluence, or JIRA.
Hands-on experience designing AI-powered workflow optimization, including automation, prompt-based workflows, or AI-assisted tooling in an enterprise environment.
Ability to simplify complex governance and architecture topics for non-technical audiences.
Comfort working across IT, Product, Design, Strategy, and PMO teams simultaneously, often with conflicting priorities.
