Description

  • Serve as the sole Commercial AE for the segment, owning the full sales cycle from inbound qualification through discovery, demo, negotiation, and close.
  • Manage and improve the renewal book of business by identifying at-risk accounts early and driving retention at scale.
  • Design and implement AI-native workflows and automation to increase operating volume and impact.
  • Build the commercial playbook, including processes, cadences, and systems for the segment.
  • Develop and export learnings that can inform the enterprise sales motion over time.
  • Become a deep product expert and lead high-value conversations with product leaders about roadmaps, feedback loops, and team development.
  • Track, analyze, and iterate on personal performance data to improve outcomes.
  • Surface insights and best practices that help improve results across the broader commercial team.

Requirements

  • 2-4 years of B2B SaaS sales or account management experience.
  • Consistent track record of meeting or exceeding quota in high-volume, transactional environments.
  • Proven experience closing deals in the $10K-$30K ACV range at meaningful monthly volume.
  • Demonstrated AI fluency with a track record of experimenting with and building AI-driven workflows.
  • High agency and comfort operating independently as a team of one.
  • Renewal or account management experience with an understanding of the full customer lifecycle.
  • Strong async communication skills and clear, concise writing in a remote-first environment.
  • Comfort with ambiguity, failure, and iteration.
  • Experience managing pipeline at pace (preferred implied by the role's volume expectations).
