Description

Manage the full-cycle recruitment process from initial contact to offer and onboarding.
Collaborate with hiring managers to define candidate profiles and create job descriptions.
Build strong partnerships with hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
Develop sourcing strategies to attract candidates through multiple channels.
Conduct initial interviews and assess candidates' soft and hard skills.
Guide candidates through each stage of the hiring process.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in internal HR systems.

Requirements

Experience in recruitment, preferably in IT, digital, or startup environments.
Strong spoken English at B2 level or higher.
Interest in Construction, Real Estate, Marketing, Crypto, or Web3 industries.
Experience in recruitment agencies is a plus.
Ability to work with international candidates and clients.
