Description

  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process from initial contact to offer and onboarding.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to define candidate profiles and create job descriptions.
  • Build strong partnerships with hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
  • Develop sourcing strategies to attract candidates through multiple channels.
  • Conduct initial interviews and assess candidates' soft and hard skills.
  • Guide candidates through each stage of the hiring process.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in internal HR systems.

Requirements

  • Experience in recruitment, preferably in IT, digital, or startup environments.
  • Strong spoken English at B2 level or higher.
  • Interest in Construction, Real Estate, Marketing, Crypto, or Web3 industries.
  • Experience in recruitment agencies is a plus.
  • Ability to work with international candidates and clients.
