Description

Conduct daily targeted searches on recruitment platforms such as Indeed to identify active accounting and legal talent.
Create and send tailored messages about career paths and market opportunities.
Respond promptly to candidate inquiries and conduct warm phone screenings.
Assess candidates’ roles, qualifications, technical backgrounds, salary expectations, work preferences, and notice periods.
Present the firm’s value proposition and build trust with prospective candidates.
Record candidate information accurately in the company CRM.
Complete structured handoffs to Senior Consultants for job placement.
Meet and exceed activity targets for outreach, calls, and qualified candidate introductions.

Requirements

At least 3 years of experience in recruitment, sourcing, talent acquisition, or account management.
Experience recruiting or sourcing within public accounting, legal, or professional services sectors.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Confidence conducting professional phone interviews.
Ability to build rapport quickly with active and passive job seekers.
Strong questioning, relationship-building, and consultative communication skills.
Highly organized, goal-oriented, and comfortable working against activity and performance metrics.
Tech-savvy and able to learn ATS/CRM systems quickly, including Indeed and Monday.com.
Availability to work full-time during US business hours, generally 9:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. EST.
Ability to work remotely under an Independent Contractor Agreement.
