Description

Support daily Talent Acquisition operations and recruitment workflows.
Maintain recruitment trackers, documentation, reports, dashboards, and metrics.
Coordinate candidate communications, interviews, follow-ups, and recruitment updates.
Support employer branding activities, recruitment content, and career communications.
Coordinate university, professional community, career fair, networking, and talent engagement initiatives.
Assist with recruitment campaigns, employer branding events, and hiring announcements.
Provide administrative support, follow up on recruitment activities, and ensure process compliance.
Contribute to recruitment projects, process improvements, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

1–3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, HR, recruitment coordination, HR operations, marketing, or administration.
Strong written and verbal communication skills for engaging candidates and stakeholders.
Excellent organizational, coordination, and attention-to-detail skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Strong stakeholder management, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and workplace collaboration tools.
Applicant Tracking System (ATS) experience is desirable.
Exposure to recruitment marketing, social media, employer branding, or talent engagement is preferred.
Proactive, adaptable, detail-oriented, and committed to continuous improvement.
Candidate-first approach with a strong ownership mindset.
