Description

  • Support daily Talent Acquisition operations and recruitment workflows.
  • Maintain recruitment trackers, documentation, reports, dashboards, and metrics.
  • Coordinate candidate communications, interviews, follow-ups, and recruitment updates.
  • Support employer branding activities, recruitment content, and career communications.
  • Coordinate university, professional community, career fair, networking, and talent engagement initiatives.
  • Assist with recruitment campaigns, employer branding events, and hiring announcements.
  • Provide administrative support, follow up on recruitment activities, and ensure process compliance.
  • Contribute to recruitment projects, process improvements, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, HR, recruitment coordination, HR operations, marketing, or administration.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for engaging candidates and stakeholders.
  • Excellent organizational, coordination, and attention-to-detail skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong stakeholder management, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and workplace collaboration tools.
  • Applicant Tracking System (ATS) experience is desirable.
  • Exposure to recruitment marketing, social media, employer branding, or talent engagement is preferred.
  • Proactive, adaptable, detail-oriented, and committed to continuous improvement.
  • Candidate-first approach with a strong ownership mindset.
