Description

  • Host 30-minute virtual consultations to help customers personalize design choices and generate revenue.
  • Support revenue growth through soft sales strategies that keep customers comfortable throughout the process.
  • Upsell and cross-sell Minted stationery and decor products during consultations.
  • Serve as a dedicated customer advocate and brand ambassador during customer interactions.
  • Answer questions about Minted products, services, customization, and order placement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams when additional support is needed.
  • Document customer interactions accurately and thoroughly in the CRM.
  • Use support tools, training, and the knowledge base to resolve inquiries and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Identify opportunities to improve the customer experience and share feedback with leadership.
  • Maintain quality and productivity KPIs and complete additional assigned duties and projects.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of customer-facing experience, preferably with a premium brand.
  • Sales, concierge, or account management experience required.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong sales orientation and a customer-support mindset.
  • High attention to detail, strong organization, and follow-through.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment while managing multiple tasks.
  • Technologically adept; eCommerce familiarity is a plus.
  • Experience with Salesforce or other CRM software is a plus.
  • Availability to work a flexible/variable schedule, including evenings and weekends, with at least one weekend day required.

  • Hourly pay with a geographic salary range of $20.40–$29.18 depending on location.
