Description

  • Own, prioritize, and maintain a structured platform backlog that is ready for development.
  • Partner with Product Managers and domain owners across VIP, Payments, Casino, Sportsbook, CRM, and other areas to understand needs.
  • Clarify vague requests and translate underlying business needs into buildable solutions.
  • Break large initiatives into manageable, deliverable features.
  • Write detailed user stories, functional requirements, specifications, and acceptance criteria.
  • Maintain accurate product and feature documentation in Confluence or equivalent tools.
  • Lead backlog refinement sessions and align the development team on requirements.
  • Support developers during delivery by resolving questions, ambiguity, and blockers.
  • Review and validate delivered features against acceptance criteria, partnering with QA on deeper testing when needed.
  • Identify and communicate dependencies, risks, scope changes, gaps, progress, and delivery issues to the Platform Lead and stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or in a similar role working directly with software development teams.
  • Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment.
  • Experience in iGaming or online casino.
  • Strong requirements-gathering and analytical skills, including translating business requests into clear solutions.
  • Strong written communication skills and experience creating detailed specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • Technical understanding of system dependencies, limitations, and integrations, with the ability to communicate effectively with developers.
  • Hands-on experience validating delivered functionality.
  • Strong attention to detail and a structured approach to information and documentation management.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Experience with Jira, Confluence, or similar tools.
  • Experience with VIP, CRM, bonuses, gamification, or experimentation platforms (preferred).
  • Experience managing competing stakeholder demands for limited development capacity or working with in-house platforms/internal product teams (preferred).
