Description

  • Manage multiple concurrent WMS and TMS implementation projects from kickoff through go-live.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, milestones, deliverables, documentation, and status reports.
  • Serve as the primary customer contact, leading kickoffs, status meetings, and project discussions.
  • Communicate project progress, risks, timelines, deliverables, action items, and next steps to stakeholders.
  • Identify dependencies, escalate challenges, remove roadblocks, and develop contingency plans to keep projects on track.
  • Coordinate internal and external stakeholders and drive accountability for scheduled deliverables.
  • Partner with Implementation Engineers, Product, and other teams to support deployments.
  • Coordinate system configuration, data setup, integrations, testing, validation, and go-live readiness activities.
  • Troubleshoot implementation challenges by engaging the appropriate technical resources.
  • Improve implementation processes, documentation, customer experiences, and scalable delivery methodologies.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience managing software implementations, technical projects, or complex customer-facing projects.
  • Hands-on WMS implementation or configuration experience, or extensive WMS experience as a warehouse manager, operations manager, administrator, or power user.
  • Professional experience with SaaS products or platforms, either at a SaaS company or as a customer.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including leading customer-facing meetings.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple competing priorities.
  • Ability to collaborate with technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
  • Comfort with software configurations, data workflows, integrations, and technical concepts.
  • Experience leading WMS or TMS implementations in a B2B SaaS environment (preferred).
  • Knowledge of warehouse operations, fulfillment, inventory management, shipping, and logistics workflows (preferred).
  • Experience with APIs, EDI, integrations, data migration, Asana, Jira, Monday.com, or project management certifications such as PMP or CSM (preferred).

Benefits

  • Base salary of $95,000–$115,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications.
  • Remote work within the United States.
