Description

Create functional black-box tests for large codebases written in multiple source languages.
Build and manage Docker environments to ensure fully reproducible builds and test execution across platforms.
Monitor code coverage and configure automated scoring criteria to meet benchmark-level standards.
Use LLM tools such as Roo Code and Claude Code to accelerate development and automate repetitive tasks.
Read and interpret code across languages such as C, Rust, and Go to support migration tasks.
Translate requirements into testable implementation plans for code migration and validation.
Improve overall code quality through iterative testing and debugging in containerized environments.

Requirements

5+ years of experience as a Software Engineer, primarily with Python.
Deep experience with pytest, including fixtures, session-scoped tests, and timeouts.
Experience designing black-box functional tests for CLI tools.
Expert-level Docker skills, including reproducible Dockerfiles, user contexts, and secure workspaces.
Strong Linux and Bash scripting skills, with comfort debugging inside containers.
Proficiency with modern Python tooling such as uv, pyproject.toml, and packaging.
Ability to read and understand code in multiple languages with LLM support, such as C, C++, Rust, or Go.
Experience using LLM tools such as Claude Code, Roo Code, or Cursor to speed up iterative development and test-case generation.
English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
Prior experience with agent evaluation platforms and MCP CLI tools is a plus.
