Description

Build realistic consulting project environments grounded in real engagement dynamics, including context, financials, constraints, and incomplete information.
Design structured consulting tasks for AI agents, such as market sizing, commercial due diligence, cost optimization, growth strategy, operational diagnosis, and benchmarking.
Define evaluation criteria, grading frameworks, and quality standards for each task.
Develop golden-answer solutions used to train and calibrate an LLM-based grading system.
Translate real consulting project experience into end-to-end examples for AI learning.
Support the analytical design and evaluation of project-based consulting workflows.
Work independently on remote, project-based assignments as an individual contributor.

Requirements

3+ years of experience at McKinsey, Boston Consulting Group (BCG), Bain & Company, Oliver Wyman, Roland Berger, Monitor Deloitte (Deloitte S&C), EY-Parthenon, Kearney, or Strategy& (PwC).
Direct hands-on project experience at one of the eligible top-tier strategy consulting firms.
Experience structuring ambiguous client problems into analytical plans.
Experience building financial models, market analyses, or synthesized findings from messy inputs.
Experience producing client-ready deliverables under time pressure.
Experience forming and defending recommendations under uncertainty.
Strong structured problem-solving and hypothesis-driven thinking.
Ability to translate vague problems into clear analytical steps and deliverables.
High attention to logical consistency and output quality.
Clear written English at B2+ level.

Benefits

Compensation up to $60 per hour equivalent, depending on level and pace of contribution.
