Description

  • Own an AgentControl revenue target, including pipeline generation, forecasting, and closed-won bookings.
  • Partner with Enterprise and Strategic Account Executives to co-sell into existing and net-new accounts.
  • Prospect within the install base and target accounts to create new AgentControl opportunities.
  • Run the full sales cycle from discovery through negotiation and close.
  • Build business cases for economic buyers around AgentControl’s value in production AI agent operations.
  • Partner with Deal Desk on pricing and deal structure for large or complex deals.
  • Collaborate with Sales Engineering and Product Marketing on positioning and technical support.
  • Lead executive conversations and proof-of-value engagements for strategic deals.
  • Provide field intelligence such as win/loss themes, objections, and pricing feedback to Product and Marketing.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of quota-carrying sales experience as an AE, sales specialist, or overlay seller, ideally in enterprise or strategic B2B SaaS.
  • Proven track record of hitting or exceeding revenue targets.
  • Experience running full-cycle enterprise deals, including prospecting, discovery, business case development, negotiation, and close.
  • Comfort operating as an overlay seller and co-selling with account executives.
  • Working familiarity with modern software delivery concepts such as CI/CD, feature management, or observability.
  • Genuine interest in AI agents in production.
  • Strong commercial instincts and executive presence.
  • Experience ramping a new product line within an existing territory is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

Benefits

  • Target pay range of $269,000-$370,000 for Zone 1, $242,000-$333,000 for Zone 2, or $229,000-$314,000 for Zone 3.
