Description

Design original computational data science problems based on real-world analytical workflows across multiple industries.
Create Python-based problems that require data processing and analysis using libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, SciPy, scikit-learn, Statsmodels, Matplotlib, and Seaborn.
Develop computationally intensive tasks that cannot be solved manually within a reasonable timeframe.
Build problems that require multi-step reasoning in data processing, statistical analysis, feature engineering, predictive modeling, and insight extraction.
Create deterministic, reproducible problems with fixed answers and no stochastic ambiguity.
Base problem scenarios on real business challenges such as customer analytics, fraud detection, forecasting, optimization, and operational efficiency.
Design end-to-end data science tasks spanning ingestion, cleaning, EDA, modeling, validation, and deployment considerations.
Incorporate big data processing scenarios that require scalable computational approaches.
Verify solutions using Python, standard data science libraries, and statistical methods.
Document problem statements clearly with realistic business context and provide verified correct answers.

Requirements

5+ years of hands-on data science experience with demonstrated business impact.
A portfolio of completed projects and publications showing real-world problem-solving.
Expert-level Python programming for data science, including pandas, numpy, scipy, scikit-learn, and statsmodels.
Expert knowledge of statistical analysis and machine learning, including practical understanding of algorithms and methods.
Expert SQL and database operation skills for data manipulation and analysis.
Experience with GenAI technologies, including LLMs, RAG, prompt engineering, and vector databases.
Understanding of MLOps practices and model deployment workflows.
Knowledge of modern frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and LangChain.
Strong written English at C1+ level.
Ability to work part-time on project-based, non-permanent assignments.
