Description

  • Develop and refine Mindgard’s enterprise positioning based on real-world AI threats, attacker behavior, and system-level risk.
  • Create sales enablement materials such as first-call decks, executive briefings, presentations, POVs, demo support content, and deal collateral.
  • Partner with Sales to identify deal blockers, common objections, competitive threats, and content needs.
  • Equip sales hires and channel partners with clear, consistent materials to ramp quickly and represent Mindgard effectively.
  • Develop competitive battlecards and objection-handling materials that explain Mindgard’s differentiation.
  • Support a cross-company brand vision and messaging project with executive stakeholders and an external agency.
  • Define and apply brand principles, strategic narrative, messaging architecture, tone of voice, value propositions, proof points, and collateral hierarchy.
  • Translate brand outputs into practical assets across product, web, campaigns, events, partner content, webinars, whitepapers, and customer-facing collateral.
  • Create technical content including whitepapers, solution briefs, webinars, reports, and explainers to support enterprise conversations.
  • Capture feedback from sales calls, customer conversations, and competitive evaluations, and bring market insights into product roadmap discussions.

Requirements

  • 6-10 years of product marketing experience at a cybersecurity or high-tech B2B company.
  • Strong deck-building skills, including the ability to structure a compelling story for enterprise buyers.
  • Ability to translate complex technical products into clear, differentiated messaging for security and technical audiences.
  • Understanding of enterprise security sales processes and how CISOs and security teams make decisions.
  • Experience supporting sales teams directly and identifying where content can influence deals.
  • Ability to work with external agencies and internal stakeholders to turn brand strategy into company-wide outputs.
  • Comfort aligning executives, sales, product, research, and marketing around a clear point of view.
  • Ability to work from rough inputs such as product details, research notes, or early ideas.
  • Comfort operating in an emerging category where messaging must be built from first principles.
  • Strong technical intuition and close collaboration with product and research teams.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-moving startup environment where priorities shift quickly.
  • Familiarity with AI security, cybersecurity, or adjacent areas such as infrastructure, developer tools, or platform products is strongly preferred.
  • Ability to adopt new tools quickly, including AI-assisted content development tools.
