Description

  • Own end-to-end go-to-market campaign strategy and positioning for ICHRA plan features and regulatory structures.
  • Develop messaging frameworks and value narratives tailored to brokers, employers, and employees.
  • Run localized launch strategies and lead-nurture campaigns in targeted expansion regions.
  • Train and equip internal sales teams, broker networks, and general agencies with updated sales enablement materials.
  • Coordinate cross-functional launch activities with Product, Sales, Creative, and Legal teams.
  • Project manage product lifecycles, county expansions, feature updates, compliance filings, and workflow timelines ahead of Open Enrollment cycles.
  • Track, synthesize, and report campaign performance metrics such as quote volumes, web tool adoption, and member registration.
  • Use performance data to identify execution blockers and improve channel performance.
  • Ensure customer-facing materials meet brand standards and state healthcare regulatory requirements.
  • Support additional duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of professional experience in product marketing, brand strategy, B2B enablement, or growth marketing in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor's degree or 4 years of relevant experience.
  • 3+ years of experience leading GTM campaign execution for health insurance, FinTech, or digital consumer health products.
  • Experience managing project timelines and creative assets under strict deadlines.
  • Experience supporting B2B broker networks or employer benefit administration platforms is preferred.
  • Direct experience working inside a health insurance carrier or digital healthcare startup is preferred.
  • Understanding of health insurance plan structures, quoting engines, or ICHRA reimbursement guidelines is preferred.
  • Familiarity with MarTech technology is preferred.

  • Base salary of $147,549 - $193,658 per year.
