Description

Design and implement robust, scalable backend solutions using Kotlin or Java.
Take ownership of the technical aspects of development.
Contribute across the full software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, coding, testing, and deployment.
Work closely with the team in an Agile and collaborative environment.
Build high-quality software systems that support client products.
Mentor junior developers and contribute to team growth and success.
Collaborate with colleagues to solve complex engineering problems.
Participate in knowledge sharing and continuous learning within the team.

Requirements

8+ years of hands-on experience in software development.
Strong backend engineering background with Kotlin or Java, and willingness to learn Kotlin.
Familiarity with Micronaut or similar frameworks such as Spring Boot.
Experience working in identity teams covering authentication, authorisation, and SSO/OAuth.
Proven track record of leading complex engineering projects.
Strong problem-solving, analytical, communication, and teamwork skills.
Experience with IAM platforms such as Okta, Auth0, Keycloak, or ForgeRock is a plus.
Knowledge of identity and security standards such as OpenID Connect, JWT, SAML, and MFA is preferred.
Cloud platform experience with Azure, AWS, or GCP is a plus.
Exposure to DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines is preferred.
Experience working in an Agile development environment is preferred.
