Description

  • Own the reusable accelerator core and the multi-agent workflows built on top of it.
  • Design coding, planning, review, and testing agents, including tool-calling and human-in-the-loop interactions where appropriate.
  • Build and maintain evaluation pipelines and telemetry to measure quality and surface regressions.
  • Ensure reliability, cost control, and observability for agentic systems in real-world use.
  • Develop the agent harness and orchestration layer that supports delivery teams.
  • Create platform-agnostic core components for AI systems.
  • Support validation and continuous improvement of non-deterministic AI outputs.
  • Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure outputs are trustworthy and production-ready.

Requirements

  • At least 6 years of professional experience as an AI Engineer or in a similar role.
  • Strong production software engineering experience with Python, testing, packaging, CI/CD, async, REST, and Docker.
  • Deep experience in LLM application engineering, including prompt design, function calling, structured outputs, RAG, vector stores, and the Anthropic and OpenAI APIs.
  • Evaluation-driven development as a core habit, with evals treated as the source of truth.
  • Experience building agentic systems end to end that can plan, write code, validate their output, and improve over time.
  • Familiarity with orchestration tools such as LangGraph, LlamaIndex, AutoGen, and CrewAI, and the ability to choose between frameworks and a custom harness.
  • Working fluency with at least one cloud data platform and SQL for building eval and verification infrastructure.
  • Experience with applied-data collaboration or domain-rule-driven verification infrastructure is preferred.
