Description

  • Configure, customize, and extend the Stibo STEP PIM platform by defining entities, attributes, workflows, business rules, and data models.
  • Develop Java backend components and integration logic that connect STEP with ERP, e-commerce, and CRM systems.
  • Implement data import and export processes and manage transformations across XML, JSON, and CSV formats.
  • Design, develop, and maintain REST and SOAP APIs for system integrations.
  • Monitor system performance and troubleshoot data quality, performance, and security issues.
  • Participate in Agile development activities such as sprint planning, code reviews, and documentation.
  • Support production and staging environments, including deployments, monitoring, and alerting.
  • Maintain version control in Git and follow coding, testing, and deployment best practices.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, translate them into technical designs, and deliver solutions on time.
  • Mentor and guide junior engineers on PIM processes and Java development best practices.

Requirements

  • Strong proficiency in Stibo STEP PIM/MDM, including configuration, workflows, business rules, and data models.
  • Solid Java backend development experience with Core Java, Java EE, or similar frameworks.
  • Hands-on experience with REST/SOAP web services and API integrations.
  • Strong data skills, including SQL, database design, large product catalogs, and import/export processes.
  • Familiarity with scripting and data formats such as JavaScript, XML, JSON, and CSV for transformations and business rules.
  • Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills.
  • Prior experience in Agile/Scrum environments.
  • Experience with Git and collaboration tools such as JIRA and Confluence.
  • Experience integrating with ERP, e-commerce platforms, and CRM systems is relevant.
  • Mentoring or technical guidance experience is a plus.
