Description

  • Own end-to-end paid media planning and buying for 5–10 Pro Partner brands across Meta, Google Ads, and LinkedIn.
  • Manage campaign setup, trafficking, optimization, and reporting for multiple brands at once.
  • Build direct relationships with partner marketing contacts, including setting expectations, presenting performance, and troubleshooting issues.
  • Set up conversion tracking independently, including pixels, GTM triggers, remarketing tags, and debugging when needed.
  • Develop audience and targeting strategies using partner first-party data such as email lists, purchasers, and site visitors.
  • Build and manage campaign budgets, forecasts, and testing frameworks for ongoing experimentation.
  • Deliver weekly performance reports with metrics, creative insights, audience learnings, and strategic recommendations.
  • Coordinate closely with the Paid Media Manager and Growth Marketing team to share learnings, align on strategy, and surface issues early.
  • Advise partners on creative direction by recommending stronger hooks, formats, and messaging for paid campaigns.
  • Document processes and create repeatable frameworks that improve scalability across the program.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience across Google Ads, Meta, and LinkedIn.
  • Experience managing multiple brands or client accounts simultaneously in an agency-style environment.
  • Strong knowledge of campaign strategy, targeting, trafficking, and day-to-day optimization.
  • Experience with conversion tracking, attribution, platform integrations, and reporting methodologies.
  • Ability to set up GTM from scratch, including triggers, conversion tags, remarketing tags, and custom HTML tags.
  • Experience with budget planning, forecasts, testing frameworks, CPL optimization, and ROAS optimization.
  • Strong communication skills in written and spoken English.
  • Ability to work independently, stay organized, and be comfortable working remotely.
  • Growth mindset with openness to feedback and willingness to expand scope over time.
  • Agency background and creative direction experience are preferred.
  • GA4 experience is useful but not required.
