Description

  • Build, launch, manage, and scale Meta Ads campaigns across Facebook and Instagram.
  • Own multiple client accounts and manage monthly ad budgets ranging from $10K to $250K+.
  • Develop original ad angles, hooks, messaging frameworks, positioning strategies, and offer narratives.
  • Write detailed creative briefs for video editors, graphic designers, and UGC creators.
  • Direct UGC production through scripting, storytelling guidance, creator direction, and emotional framing.
  • Monitor campaign performance daily and analyze key metrics such as CPL, CPA, CTR, ROAS, hook rates, watch time, and conversions.
  • Optimize audiences, creatives, offers, funnels, and landing page alignment to improve performance.
  • Use performance data to refine messaging, storytelling, offers, and emotional triggers.
  • Collaborate with designers, editors, creators, and marketing leadership to align campaigns with growth goals.
  • Test new creative concepts quickly and build a strong creative testing culture across accounts.

Requirements

  • 3+ years running high-level Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns.
  • Proven experience managing $10K+/month ad spend, with preference for $50K–$250K+ budgets.
  • Experience managing multiple client accounts simultaneously.
  • Strong hands-on creative strategy experience, including ad concepts, creative briefs, storytelling, UGC direction, and messaging frameworks.
  • Strong copywriting and hook-writing ability.
  • Deep understanding of Meta Ads Manager, Facebook Business Suite, Pixel tracking, attribution, and conversion optimization.
  • Portfolio of winning Meta ad creatives.
  • Experience scaling successful creatives quickly.
  • Understanding of direct-response psychology, UGC performance, creative psychology, and conversion flows.
  • Hands-on experience directing creators, video concepts, and ad scripting.
  • Experience with e-commerce brands, lead generation funnels, info products, SaaS, or DTC brands.
  • AI-assisted creative workflow experience using ChatGPT, Claude, or AI scripting/concept-generation tools.
