Description

  • Develop and refine the agency’s paid media strategy and operating playbook across search, paid social, OTT, and emerging channels.
  • Lead strategic testing, platform expansion, and service innovation to improve performance and competitive advantage.
  • Drive adoption of AI-driven tools and identify how generative AI and LLM-based search behaviors change the path to purchase.
  • Identify and implement emerging technologies that improve campaign performance, targeting, and scalability.
  • Serve as the agency’s primary thought leader on paid media innovation and translate market changes into scalable best practices.
  • Design and scale the paid media department structure to support operational efficiency, service excellence, and growth.
  • Lead hiring, resource planning, coaching, and mentorship for the paid media team.
  • Evaluate, procure, and implement tools, systems, and automation for reporting accuracy and service delivery.
  • Oversee scalable processes for campaign management, data collection, and measurement across paid media platforms.
  • Act as a strategic advisor for enterprise accounts and partner with client leadership to drive retention and growth.
  • Support the sales team by shaping strategy and scoping complex, multi-channel opportunities.
  • Manage executive relationships with platform partners such as Google, Microsoft, Meta, and Yelp.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Client Success, SEO, Web, and Sales teams on integrated strategy and execution.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in paid media marketing within a fast-paced, high-volume marketing agency environment.
  • 7+ years of experience leading and developing high-performing teams across multiple levels and functions.
  • Experience in or strong understanding of the home services industry, strongly preferred.
  • Deep curiosity for emerging digital marketing trends and a demonstrated commitment to thought leadership.
  • Proven track record of driving innovation through strategic testing, experimentation, and continuous performance optimization.
  • Strong ability to synthesize complex performance data into clear recommendations for senior and executive stakeholders.
  • Advanced expertise across major paid media platforms, including Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager.
  • Experience with local service and lead-generation platforms such as Angi and Yelp, preferred.
  • Strong understanding of how generative AI and LLMs are transforming digital marketing, campaign operations, and consumer search behavior.
  • Ability to work in a salary-exempt role with eligibility for quarterly performance-based bonuses.
