Description

Design and run the People team operating system, including the people calendar, process documentation, and team cadences.
Build accountability infrastructure across the People team so priorities are clear, progress is tracked, and delivery is consistent.
Own people policies, handbooks, and operational documentation, keeping them current and accessible.
Own the workforce planning process by building the data infrastructure and forward-looking org design capability.
Build and maintain people analytics capabilities, including data integrity, reporting accuracy, and governance across people systems.
Partner with Finance on headcount planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
Translate people data into actionable insights for the VP, People and senior leadership.
Own HR systems and tools, including HRIS, benefits administration, and the broader HR tech stack.
Drive process optimization across onboarding, internal moves, and offboarding through improved workflows and technology.
Lead the AI-forward people strategy by identifying, prioritizing, and implementing automation and AI across people workflows.

Requirements

Minimum of 10 years of experience in Business Operations, People Operations, or a related function.
Demonstrated track record of building and scaling operational infrastructure in high-growth environments.
Strong analytical skills and demonstrated ability to use data to develop insights and foresights.
Experience designing and implementing scalable processes and systems.
Genuine enthusiasm for and experience with AI and automation applied to HR or operational workflows.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously.
Strong communicator and collaborator who can build trust and alignment across functions and levels.
Experience in a fast-moving, mission-driven environment where ambiguity is common.
Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without current or future visa sponsorship.
Bay Area preferred, or remote.

Benefits

Base salary of $240,000–$250,000 annually.
Eligible for additional compensation, including equity.
Benefits included as part of total compensation.
