Description

Conduct predictive and physical RF site surveys.
Design, deploy, and tune enterprise wireless networks.
Troubleshoot RF interference, coverage, and wireless performance issues.
Support and maintain wireless controllers and access points.
Participate in Agile execution and technical discussions.
Communicate technical findings, risks, and recommendations to stakeholders.
Contribute immediately with minimal ramp-up in a mission-critical environment.
Build and maintain customer trust through technical expertise, responsiveness, and reliability.

Requirements

Active U.S. Government Top Secret security clearance or higher.
Bachelor’s degree in a technical field preferred; relevant experience may substitute for education.
DoD 8140 certification aligned to the 441 Network Operations Specialist role, such as Network+, Security+, Cloud+, SSCP, CASP+, CISSP, or CCNP Security.
10+ years of network engineering experience with a primary focus on enterprise wireless networking.
Demonstrated expertise designing, implementing, and troubleshooting complex enterprise WiFi environments.
Hands-on experience conducting predictive and physical wireless site surveys, including RF analysis and performance validation.
Proven ability to diagnose and resolve RF interference, coverage, and capacity issues in operational environments.
Hands-on experience managing wireless LAN controllers and enterprise access points.
Deep understanding of RF propagation and interference mitigation.
Hands-on experience with HPE Aruba controllers and access points supporting 802.11ax and 802.11be standards.
Hands-on experience with Cisco wireless, Ubiquity, and Ericsson edge solutions.
Experience integrating wireless solutions with security systems and supporting endpoint connectivity.
Ability to contribute immediately with minimal ramp-up in a mission-critical operational environment.
CWSP or equivalent vendor wireless professional certification and Security+ required.

Benefits

Salary range of $230,000 to $320,000.
