Description

  • Lead hands-on Salesforce development using Apex, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, and declarative tools.
  • Architect scalable and secure Salesforce solutions that meet business and technical requirements.
  • Implement and maintain integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware platforms, and platform events.
  • Design data models, security architecture, and role-based access controls.
  • Define and enforce development standards, code quality practices, and CI/CD approaches.
  • Troubleshoot complex performance, integration, and production issues across environments.
  • Lead technical discussions in sprint planning, backlog refinement, and retrospectives.
  • Lead code reviews and mentor junior and mid-level developers.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.
  • Support release planning, deployment coordination, environment management, technical documentation, and audit/compliance efforts.

Requirements

  • Active DoD Secret Clearance.
  • Master’s degree and 10 years of Salesforce development experience, or bachelor’s degree and 12+ years of Salesforce development experience.
  • Extensive Salesforce development experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, and enterprise-level integrations.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, security models, and development best practices.
  • Demonstrated ability to design scalable, maintainable system architectures and lead technical execution.
  • Experience mentoring developers and leading technical teams.
  • Proficiency with version control and CI/CD concepts.
  • Performance-based bonuses, company-paid training and/or certifications, and referral bonuses are eligible forms of additional compensation.
  • Must be able to verify identity and eligibility to work in the United States upon hire.
