Description

  • Develop scalable and maintainable frontend JavaScript and backend Apex in the Salesforce ecosystem.
  • Assist with the design, analysis, development, implementation, and deployment of data-driven applications.
  • Work closely with Product Managers on scoping and roadmap discussions.
  • Design complex solutions based on product requirements.
  • Mentor junior developers.
  • Contribute to project documentation and knowledge bases.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience with full stack development.
  • 3+ years of experience working in a Salesforce environment using LWC, Apex, and general security practices.
  • Experience with engineering AI tooling such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or Claude Code.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with peers in Engineering and Product.
  • Willingness to help educate and grow teammates.
  • Drive to continue improving skills and take on more challenging projects.
  • Node.js experience (preferred).
  • Experience with serverless architecture on AWS, including API Gateway, Lambda, DynamoDB, and S3 (preferred).
  • Salesforce certifications (preferred).
  • Experience with containerized applications (preferred).
  • CI/CD experience (preferred).

Benefits

  • Fully remote work, except for employees in New York City and New Jersey who follow a hybrid schedule with 6 office days per month in Manhattan.
  • Estimated base salary of $140,000-$160,000.
  • Potential bonus.
