Description

  • Translate user requirements, wireframes, and feature specifications into data science solutions that support mission needs.
  • Develop, test, and refine analytic models and workflows.
  • Build robust data pipelines and support automated and end-to-end testing.
  • Help estimate the level of effort for new enhancements and requirements.
  • Collaborate daily with cross-functional teammates on solution delivery.
  • Engage with mission partners and stakeholders to ensure solutions are practical and aligned to operational objectives.
  • Serve as a technical mentor to other team members.
  • Continuously improve models and workflows to better support mission objectives.

Requirements

  • Active Secret security clearance.
  • BA/BS in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of experience developing and deploying AI/ML models in production.
  • Experience applying quantitative methods to structured and unstructured data for analysis, pattern recognition, insights generation, metrics development, and scaling analytical tools.
  • Strong programming skills for large-scale data manipulation and processing, including SQL and advanced Python.
  • Experience with libraries such as scikit-learn, Pandas, and NumPy.
  • Knowledge of deep learning frameworks for NLP and computer vision.
  • Experience with GenAI/LLMs and familiarity with frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow.
  • Willingness and ability to travel to a customer site as needed.

Benefits

  • Salary range of $138,000 to $184,000.
