Description

  • Design, develop, and implement end-to-end systems spanning ETL, APIs, and integrated applications.
  • Build scalable ETL pipelines for high-volume batch and real-time data processing.
  • Develop applications using Java, Python, and Spring-based frameworks.
  • Design and maintain RESTful APIs and related documentation using Swagger/OpenAPI.
  • Integrate messaging and streaming solutions such as ActiveMQ and RabbitMQ.
  • Containerize and deploy solutions using Docker and Kubernetes in AWS or Azure environments.
  • Apply application security best practices aligned with OWASP standards.
  • Collaborate with clients to gather requirements and deliver technical solutions.
  • Produce technical documentation, system designs, and process flow diagrams.
  • Support testing, deployment, and continuous improvement efforts.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or 4+ years of equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience across multiple technologies.
  • Strong programming skills in Java, Python, and SQL; C or Perl is a plus.
  • Solid understanding of object-oriented programming concepts and data structures.
  • Experience with Spring Boot, Spring Integration, or similar frameworks.
  • Proven experience designing and developing RESTful APIs.
  • Hands-on experience with Docker and/or Kubernetes.
  • Knowledge of cloud-native architectures in AWS and/or Azure.
  • Experience with messaging systems such as ActiveMQ, RabbitMQ, or similar.
  • Experience with ETL development and data warehousing/data marts.
  • Proficiency in SQL and PL/SQL for data manipulation.
  • Experience with RDBMS platforms such as Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL, or PostgreSQL.
  • Familiarity with schema-on-read platforms such as Snowflake, Redshift, Hadoop, Athena, or Synapse.
  • Experience working in UNIX/Linux environments.
  • Knowledge of application security, including OWASP and CVE remediation.
  • Experience creating technical documentation and process flow diagrams.
  • Ability to design systems end-to-end, from data ingestion through API and deployment.
  • Strong ownership and ability to manage multiple projects independently.
  • Effective communication with technical and business stakeholders.
  • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
  • High adaptability in fast-paced environments.
  • Advanced PL/SQL and Oracle analytic functions are a plus.
  • Experience with microservices architecture and CI/CD pipelines is a plus.
  • Knowledge of BI tools such as Cognos, QlikView, MicroStrategy, or Business Objects is a plus.
  • Experience with marketing data or campaign management platforms is a plus.
  • Background in dimensional modeling, such as star schema, is a plus.
