Description

  • Provide technical support and relationship management for existing enterprise customers in Turkey / EMEA.
  • Partner with Sales and Solutions teams on pre-sales discussions, solution design, and API consultations.
  • Guide new enterprise customers through API integration, implementation, and onboarding.
  • Act as the voice of Turkish customers by translating business and technical needs into specifications for the global engineering team.
  • Serve as the product and technical subject matter expert for the Alpaca platform.
  • Work with local compliance and operations teams to understand regional product requirements.
  • Own end-to-end technical solutions engagement, including discovery calls, solution validation, RFPs, security questionnaires, and demos.
  • Create support materials and documentation for new features and products, including Turkish-language collateral where needed.
  • Coordinate with local regulators, vendors, and partners in Turkish and relay requirements to product and engineering teams.
  • Help customers adopt Alpaca's platform and support feature testing and rollout with the product team.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience supporting enterprise or B2B customers in a technical, sales engineering, or solutions engineering role.
  • Experience at an API-first or SaaS-first company is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of REST APIs, SDKs, and software integration workflows.
  • Hands-on experience with APIs, WebSockets, Postman, Grafana, and JSON.
  • Native or business-level Turkish language ability.
  • Business-level English proficiency for cross-functional collaboration.
  • Ability to translate complex technical concepts into simple, understandable terms.
  • Self-starter who can manage multiple assignments independently and drive projects to completion with strong attention to detail.
  • Experience in fintech, capital markets, brokerage, or financial APIs is preferred.
  • Knowledge of brokerage, post-trade, settlement operations, and regulatory context is preferred.
  • Experience closing enterprise deals alongside Account Executives is preferred.
  • US securities qualifications such as SIE and/or Series 7 are preferred.
  • Familiarity with Metabase is preferred.
  • Experience with FIX protocol is preferred.
  • Experience with OpenAPI, ReadMe, and documentation tools is preferred.
