Description

  • Own full-cycle recruiting from intake through close across technical and GTM roles.
  • Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, success profiles, and hiring strategy.
  • Build and manage pipelines for roles across autonomy, embedded systems, flight software, aerospace, robotics, and AI/ML.
  • Proactively source and engage passive candidates through LinkedIn, GitHub, referrals, and targeted outreach.
  • Conduct recruiter screens and manage candidates through the interview process.
  • Drive offer processes, including closing and negotiation.
  • Maintain a strong and consistent candidate experience.
  • Track pipeline activity and provide regular updates to leadership.
  • Improve recruiting processes, tools, and employer brand.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of technical recruiting experience in agency or in-house environments.
  • Demonstrated success hiring for hard-to-fill engineering roles.
  • Strong sourcing skills and experience engaging passive candidates.
  • Working knowledge of technical domains such as software, embedded systems, robotics, or aerospace.
  • Ability to manage multiple roles and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and closing skills.
  • Experience recruiting in aerospace, autonomous systems, robotics, or defense technology (preferred).
  • Familiarity with GNC, avionics, or flight systems roles (preferred).
  • Experience working in a startup or high-growth company (preferred).
  • Experience using ATS platforms such as Lever, Ashby, or Greenhouse (preferred).
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future visa sponsorship.
