Description

  • Own full-cycle recruitment for US IT and corporate roles from sourcing through offer closure.
  • Manage multiple requisitions while meeting hiring timelines and quality expectations.
  • Conduct screening calls and behavioral interviews to assess skills and cultural fit.
  • Use advanced sourcing methods, including LinkedIn, referrals, events, social hiring, and passive talent mapping.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for niche and future hiring needs in the US/Canada market.
  • Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, interview processes, and selection criteria.
  • Provide market intelligence on talent availability, salary benchmarks, and competitive hiring trends.
  • Maintain clear communication with candidates and stakeholders throughout the hiring process.
  • Represent the company at career fairs, events, and digital hiring campaigns as needed.
  • Keep ATS records and TA dashboards accurate, ensure compliance, and support process improvements.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in US IT recruitment, with a track record of hiring engineering talent.
  • Experience recruiting, screening, and hiring top-tier technical candidates.
  • Proficiency with job boards and modern sourcing techniques, including AI, social media recruiting, video screenings, and Boolean search.
  • Working knowledge of ATS and sourcing platforms; Darwin Box experience is a plus.
  • Strong English communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to take initiative and build strong relationships with team members and candidates.
  • Target-driven, detail-oriented, and able to manage competing priorities and vendors.
  • Cross-regional hiring experience in India or EU locations is good to have.
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, negotiation, and closing skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a global, matrixed environment with high accountability and adaptability.
