Description

  • Own the full-cycle recruiting process for technical and non-technical roles from sourcing through offer stage.
  • Partner with the founding team to understand hiring priorities and define candidate profiles.
  • Build and improve ATS processes to support a fast, efficient, and data-driven recruiting function.
  • Source, engage, and close passive candidates using tools such as LinkedIn.
  • Serve as a brand ambassador by presenting the company vision and delivering a strong candidate experience.
  • Manage the candidate pipeline and recruitment workflow across multiple open roles.
  • Help establish recruiting strategy and operating processes for a function being built from scratch.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience, ideally in a fast-paced agency environment.
  • Demonstrated success sourcing, engaging, and closing passive, high-caliber candidates.
  • Strong English communication and influencing skills with the ability to speak confidently with senior US-based candidates.
  • English level C1 or higher is required.
  • Builder mindset with experience or interest in owning a recruiting function and implementing an ATS.
  • Ability to manage a high req load while maintaining quality and candidate experience.
  • Must be able to work core hours in the Pacific Time (PST) zone.
  • Must be located in Colombia, preferably Medellín.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish.
