Description

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for Spanish-speaking customers on transportation bookings, schedules, and service inquiries.
  • Handle inbound and outbound support through phone, email, and live chat.
  • Manage bookings, ticket modifications, cancellations, and refund requests according to company policies.
  • Coordinate with logistics and operations teams to track shipments and share transit updates with customers.
  • Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate department.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and case resolutions in CRM and transportation management systems.
  • Identify opportunities to improve service delivery and share feedback with the team leader.
  • Ensure compliance with company standards, data protection regulations, and quality assurance benchmarks.

Requirements

  • Native or fluent Spanish proficiency in both spoken and written form.
  • Valid EU passport or EU-recognised identification document is mandatory.
  • Previous customer service experience, ideally in transportation, logistics, travel, or mobility, is highly desirable.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a commitment to excellent customer experience.
  • Comfortable using digital tools, CRM platforms, and transportation or ticketing management systems.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment while maintaining productivity and professionalism.
  • Positive, solution-oriented mindset with the ability to manage multiple queries and prioritize under pressure.
