Description

  • Provide technical support to Spanish-speaking customers using iRobot home robotics products.
  • Troubleshoot connectivity problems, software updates, and hardware issues by phone, email, and live chat.
  • Educate customers about device features, maintenance, and best practices.
  • Record customer interactions and product issues in CRM systems.
  • Escalate complex malfunctions to cross-functional technical teams.
  • Share customer feedback to support product development and improvement.
  • Stay informed about iRobot products and consumer electronics developments.
  • Deliver empathetic, professional service while meeting customer satisfaction targets.

Requirements

  • Native or fluent Spanish, both spoken and written.
  • Valid EU passport for employment in Bulgaria.
  • Interest in consumer electronics and smart home technology.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and help resolve technical challenges.
  • Ability to work effectively in an international, team-oriented office.
  • Resilient, proactive approach to professional development and growth.
