Description

  • Install, test, and service AssetWatch condition-monitoring solutions according to defined specifications.
  • Provide on-site technical support, troubleshoot issues, and repair product installations.
  • Review installed Vero product solutions with the field coordination team.
  • Maintain installation and field-service records, tools, and inventory.
  • Communicate professionally with customers and build trusted working relationships.
  • Track expenses weekly and work autonomously with minimal supervision.
  • Prioritize service tasks and maintain clear, continuous customer communication.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support daily field operations.
  • Respond to emergency jobs, customer issues, and last-minute schedule changes.

Requirements

  • Experience using hand tools, air tools, and specialized project tools.
  • General knowledge of industrial manufacturing equipment.
  • General knowledge of industrial electronic systems, including enclosures, cabinets, chassis, connectors, cabling, and mounting hardware.
  • Familiarity with industrial networking equipment and protocols.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Ability to travel up to 70% regionally and locally, including overnight, air, weekend, and after-hours travel.
  • Ability to work in confined industrial settings while wearing required PPE.
  • 1+ year of field service industry experience preferred.
  • Experience with preventive or predictive maintenance, commissioning, and equipment repair preferred but not required.
  • Familiarity with vibration analysis, environmental testing, and OSHA 10/30 certification preferred; OSHA certification may be obtained after hire.
