Description

  • Deliver customer service to Spanish-speaking clients via phone, email, and live chat on vehicle, warranty, and aftersales inquiries.
  • Assist customers with automotive product questions about vehicle specifications, maintenance schedules, spare parts availability, and dealership services.
  • Handle and escalate complex complaints related to purchases, repairs, and service experiences.
  • Process customer requests, orders, and case updates accurately in CRM and automotive support platforms.
  • Maintain thorough documentation of customer interactions and case progress.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, dealership networks, and logistics partners to resolve customer issues.
  • Stay current on product knowledge, automotive industry developments, and company policies.
  • Support quality assurance efforts by following customer service standards, KPIs, and compliance guidelines.
  • Identify opportunities to improve the customer journey and share feedback with team leaders.

Requirements

  • Native or fluent Spanish language skills, spoken and written, are essential.
  • Valid EU passport or EU citizenship is mandatory.
  • Previous experience in customer service, technical support, or a client-facing role is highly desirable.
  • Experience within the automotive industry is a strong advantage.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Comfort with digital tools, CRM systems, and support platforms.
  • Ability to learn new automotive-specific software quickly.
  • Positive, solution-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Ability to maintain high productivity and professionalism while working remotely.
