  • Provide high-quality player support to Italian-speaking players through email communication.
  • Assist players with technical issues, account management, and game-related questions.
  • Resolve player concerns promptly and professionally to maintain player satisfaction.
  • Accurately document player interactions and feedback to support service improvement.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to share player feedback and contribute to product improvements.
  • Stay updated on Riot Games’ titles and industry trends to provide knowledgeable assistance.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Italian, both written and spoken, is required.
  • Proficiency in English is advantageous.
  • Previous experience in customer support, preferably within the gaming industry, is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of gaming culture and familiarity with Riot Games’ titles is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer service focus.
  • Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and provide effective solutions.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple inquiries simultaneously.
  • Willingness to relocate to Sofia, Bulgaria, with accommodation and relocation support provided.
