  • Provide professional customer support to Italian-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat.
  • Assist customers with troubleshooting, product information, warranty claims, and usage guidance.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and service requests in the CRM system.
  • Coordinate with technical and product teams to resolve customer issues efficiently.
  • Stay informed about product releases, updates, and company policies.
  • Provide feedback to management to help improve customer service quality and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Italian, both spoken and written, is mandatory.
  • Proficiency in English is a plus.
  • Previous experience in customer service or technical support, preferably in the household electronics sector.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach.
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and digital communication tools.
  • Willingness to relocate and work in Greece.
  • Passion for electronics and strong problem-solving abilities.
