  • Provide customers with information about service features, pricing, and subscription tier benefits.
  • Assist with subscription modifications, renewals, and cancellations.
  • Resolve customer complaints efficiently while maintaining high satisfaction and retention.
  • Document customer interactions in the CRM system for accurate tracking and follow-up.
  • Collaborate with other departments to improve service delivery and address customer needs.
  • Stay informed about market trends and subscription service updates to provide relevant assistance.

Requirements

  • Fluency in German, both written and spoken, is essential.
  • Knowledge of English is a plus.
  • Previous experience in customer service, especially in subscription-based or SaaS environments.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindset.
  • Ability to address inquiries and complaints effectively while maintaining professionalism.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Familiarity with subscription management tools and CRM software is desirable.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
  • Relocation to Greece is required.
