Description

  • Handle patient and client inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
  • Provide accurate information about services, appointments, billing, and general support.
  • Resolve customer concerns and complaints with empathy and professionalism.
  • Document all interactions accurately in CRM and support systems.
  • Follow up with patients and clients to ensure issues are fully resolved and satisfaction is maintained.
  • Escalate complex or sensitive issues to the appropriate department.
  • Maintain strict patient confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA guidelines.
  • Meet part-time shift requirements and service quality standards.

Requirements
