  • Provide customer support to German-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat about automotive products, service appointments, and technical assistance.
  • Assist customers with troubleshooting, maintenance bookings, and prompt issue resolution.

  • Coordinate with sales, technical, and service teams to support customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Fluency in German, both spoken and written, is required.
  • Proficiency in English is advantageous.
  • Previous customer service experience, preferably in the automotive industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and digital customer service platforms.
  • Willingness to relocate and work in Greece.
  • Passion for the automotive sector and strong problem-solving abilities.
