  • Provide customer support to French-speaking clients by phone, email, and chat.
  • Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
  • Document customer interactions accurately in the CRM system for follow-up and reporting.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex customer issues.
  • Stay updated on company products, policies, and promotions to provide accurate information.
  • Maintain a positive, empathetic approach when handling customer concerns.

Requirements

  • Fluency in French, both written and spoken.
  • Proficiency in English is advantageous.
  • Experience in customer service, ideally in a remote or international setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong customer focus.
  • Ability to manage challenging situations and resolve conflicts effectively.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and standard office software.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently.
  • Willingness to relocate to Greece with paid relocation support.
