Description

  • Build and grow an independent recruitment business in the German market.
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle independently.
  • Develop new business and generate placements through existing client relationships and industry networks.
  • Maintain and deepen client relationships across the local market.
  • Collaborate with Keller Haldren’s global partner network on cross-border placements and knowledge sharing.
  • Use the company’s systems, technology platforms, back-office infrastructure, and marketing resources to support business operations.
  • Operate your own partner service business under the Keller Haldren model while meeting local market and regulatory requirements.
  • Contribute to sustainable, profitable growth of your recruitment operation.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of recruitment experience, with a track record of successful placements and client relationships.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage the full recruitment lifecycle independently.
  • Strong client relationship management and business development capabilities.
  • Excellent communication skills, with fluency in English essential.
  • Strong understanding of employment law and recruitment practices.
  • Self-starter mentality with entrepreneurial drive and the ability to work independently.
  • Existing client base or business pipeline is desirable.
  • Specialization in high-demand sectors is desirable.
  • Experience with recruitment technology and CRM systems is desirable.
  • Previous experience running a business or managing P&L is desirable.
  • Established network within your business community is desirable.
