Description

  • Source, attract, and engage qualified candidates across multiple industries.
  • Conduct interviews to assess candidates’ skills, experience, and fit for open roles.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and shape recruitment strategies.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, negotiation, and offer finalization.
  • Stay current with industry trends, recruitment technologies, and best practices.
  • Report progress, challenges, and insights to the management team on a regular basis.

Requirements

  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken, with excellent communication skills.
  • Demonstrated experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably as a freelance recruiter.
  • Strong interpersonal skills for building rapport with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple recruitment projects efficiently.
  • Proficiency with recruitment tools, job boards, and social media platforms for sourcing candidates.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and time management skills.
  • Adaptable, proactive mindset for solving recruitment challenges.
  • Commitment to continuous professional development and willingness to participate in training programs.
