  • Provide high-quality customer care to Dutch-speaking customers.
  • Assist customers with inquiries about green energy products, services, billing, and technical support.
  • Address and resolve customer complaints and issues to maintain satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including technical, sales, and billing, to resolve customer concerns promptly.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
  • Stay informed about company offerings, green energy industry trends, and relevant policies.
  • Contribute to a supportive customer service environment for a sustainability-focused company.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Dutch, both written and spoken, is essential.
  • Proficiency in English is advantageous.
  • Experience in customer care, preferably in the energy, utilities, or environmental sectors.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on customer experience.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a dynamic environment and manage multiple tasks.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with CRM applications is a plus.
  • Basic technical knowledge is a plus.
  • Willingness to relocate to and live in Greece.
