Description

  • Provide end-to-end support for assigned customer cases through final resolution or settlement.
  • Interact with customers and community members across live chat, social platforms, messaging, and phone.
  • Escalate cases accurately to other teams when appropriate.
  • Personalize communications and deliver high-touch support to guests and hosts.
  • Manage a high volume of cases while maintaining quality and service standards.
  • Anticipate user needs and recommend tailored solutions that improve the customer experience.
  • Share insights and improvement opportunities with management to support team performance.
  • Document best practices, ways of working, and service norms as requested.
  • Support less experienced team members with functional and operational guidance.
  • Work flexibly across changing responsibilities, teams, and business needs, including on-call coverage for emergencies.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of relevant experience in multicultural customer service teams, preferably in hospitality.
  • Experience handling customer or client contacts by phone, messaging, or live chat is preferred.
  • Experience with high-profile or influential clientele is preferred.
  • Hospitality experience, especially with technology platforms, is a plus.
  • Experience engaging executive-level stakeholders and resolving conflicts effectively.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and French.
  • Advanced spoken and written proficiency in both English and French.
  • Ability to work weekend days, public holidays, and early morning or evening shifts.
  • Ability to organize high-volume work, multitask, and prioritize within prescribed schedules.
  • Good computer skills, including Apple/Mac OS, Google Suite, and CRM systems.
  • Ability to thrive in an ambiguous, fast-paced, and complex environment.
  • Other languages are a plus.
  • Must be based in Ireland and have the right to work in Ireland by the start date.

  • Annual base pay of €45,000.
