Description

  • Deliver engaging virtual workshops on financial services, daily operations, and operational systems, tools, and platforms.
  • Support onboarding for new hires and contribute to ongoing professional development initiatives.
  • Provide one-on-one coaching to accommodate different learning paces and styles.
  • Monitor trainee progress and conduct skill assessments for new team members.
  • Develop and maintain current training curriculum, guides, presentations, and learning units.
  • Support Wealth Management Teams with operational tasks such as money movements, account maintenance requests, internal case entry, and client deposits.
  • Ensure client-request paperwork and procedures are completed in compliance with custodian and regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain data integrity across systems and update records as needed.
  • Assist team members with complex requests and provide elevated operational support.
  • Participate in company initiatives, testing, pilot groups, and specialized workflows.

Requirements

  • High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree highly preferred.
  • 1–3 years of job-related experience.
  • Experience in the financial services industry is required.
  • Prior office experience with a customer service focus is helpful.
  • Experience in a training, teaching, or instruction role is recommended.
  • CFP, Series 65, or SIE certification is a plus.
  • Ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment while maintaining client focus and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills with the ability to simplify concepts for diverse audiences.
  • Self-motivated, well-organized, and able to work independently and collaboratively to follow through on details to completion.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required.
  • Strong MS Word, Excel, and Outlook skills are required.
  • A strong desire for continuous self-learning and professional growth.

  • Base pay of $30–$35 USD per hour.
