Description

  • Process client paperwork, forms, and other documentation with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Execute money movement requests, including wires, ACH transfers, and journal entries, in accordance with firm and custodial policies.
  • Monitor and manage service requests in a centralized queue, resolving items timely and escalating when needed.
  • Maintain detailed records of transactions and communications in CRM and custodial platforms.
  • Serve as a liaison with custodians and third-party platforms to resolve operational issues and facilitate transactions.
  • Stay current on custodial procedures, platform updates, and regulatory requirements.
  • Ensure operational activities meet compliance standards and internal controls.
  • Partner with Relationship Managers, Wealth Advisors, and internal departments to support client service delivery.
  • Participate in team meetings, contribute to process improvement initiatives, and help document and refine SOPs.
  • Support training and onboarding of new team members as needed.

Requirements

  • High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree highly preferred.
  • Two to four years of job-related experience.
  • Experience in the financial services industry is required.
  • Prior experience in an office environment with a customer service focus is helpful.
  • Notary designation is a plus.
  • Strong ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required.
  • Strong MS Word, Excel, and Outlook skills are required.
  • Prior use of a CRM system, such as Salesforce, is a plus.
  • Availability during standard business hours Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM, with occasional early or late hours as needed.
