Description

  • Design, build, and maintain a learning curriculum for Wealth Management advisors and client service staff, including training materials, online resources, playbooks, and AI prompt guides.
  • Translate platform enhancements, new products, and technology changes into clear, role-specific learning experiences that drive adoption.
  • Build and curate an AI content library covering generative AI tools, workflow automation, and practical advisor use cases.
  • Own Wealth Management-facing training communications, MercerNet content, and webinar programs, and iterate curriculum based on adoption and proficiency metrics.
  • Design and deliver onboarding and ongoing learning for new hires, acquisition employees, and employees new to the firm using live, virtual, and self-paced formats.
  • Develop and deliver AI literacy and tool adoption training with responsible-use guidelines, compliance guardrails, and role-specific use cases.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert and de facto product owner for assigned content areas while staying current on relevant developments.
  • Advocate for Wealth Management teams by identifying friction points, gaps, and opportunities and presenting structured recommendations to leadership and cross-functional partners.
  • Partner with Technology, Product, and Compliance to evaluate, pilot, and govern technology solutions before rollout.
  • Lead business process improvement and M&A integration support, including training acquired teams and tracking adoption checkpoints.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in education, business, or a related field; MBA, financial licenses, or relevant certifications are a plus.
  • Proven experience in training, learning and development, and change management.
  • Wealth management or financial services experience is a plus.
  • Demonstrated AI fluency with hands-on experience using generative AI platforms.
  • Working knowledge of prompt engineering and the ability to create practical AI usage guidelines and compliance guardrails.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills with an analytical, data-driven mindset.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including confidence presenting to large groups and senior stakeholders.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative, cross-functional environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Availability during standard business hours Monday through Friday, 8AM to 5PM, with occasional early or late hours as needed.
  • Ability to work in a professional office environment or dedicated home office workspace free of interruptions; basic technology needs will be provided.

Benefits

  • Base salary range of $120,000 to $145,000 USD.
  • Eligible to earn incentive compensation through Mercer Advisors’ incentive compensation programs.
